Only those who have reached the age of eighteen and have the legal capacity to stipulate a contract can access the cleaning and repair services or the service of creating a completely personalized jewel.

If the customer is not of age or has no legal capacity, he will need a parent or a guardian makes the request for the service.

By ordering a service through the IT channels, the customer declares and guarantees that he is an end user and that he will not use the aforementioned services for commercial purposes (such as delivery, service, sale, etc.).

The estimate for cleaning and repair services or the creation of a completely personalized jewel will be sent via e-mail in response to the request.

The estimate must be signed in all its parts where required.

The estimate is valid for 2 weeks (14 days ), once the time limit has passed, the estimate expires and is no longer to be considered valid.

The customer is advised to carefully check the details of the estimate and the price.

All prices are indicated in Euros, including VAT where present.

Initial shipping costs and returning the goods are excluded unless otherwise indicated.

If the customer does not accept the estimate, no commission will be requested.

The Gift Card is non-refundable, non-rechargeable, much less convertible into cash and cannot be credited to any credit card or current account.
