RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days, once the intention to withdraw has been communicated, the customer will have 14 days to return or replace.
Customised, modified or engraved creations cannot be returned or replaced (d .lgs 6 September 2005 n 206, d.lgs 21 February 2014 n 21).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 Return procedure:
The customer has the right, within 14 days of delivery of the package, to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Within this limit, the customer must send an email to return.ndcjewels@outlook.com containing the return form (the return form can be downloaded here).
The return form must be completed in its entirety.
An email will be sent to confirm receipt of the email.
The product being returned must be placed in its original packaging and packaged carefully.
The return will be accepted only if the product box, the product, the guarantee and all the other elements present will be returned in perfect condition (like new).
The shipment must be made by courier (we do not accept shipments with SDA courier due to malfunctioning of the service).
It is recommended to return via insured shipping.
We will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to the shipment itself.
The return shipment is charged to the customer.
Shipments with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
The package must be delivered within 14 days from the date of arrival of the email containing the return form.
In any case, it will be necessary to wait for the sending of the e-mail replying to the return request containing the product return information before sending the returned product.
The returned product will be checked strictly.
Returned products that do not pass quality control will not be accepted.
Returned products must be contained in their original packaging together with the warranty and other items.
All the aforementioned elements must be in perfect condition, like new, without any signs of wear and never worn.
In the event that the return is not accepted, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs for returning the product.
Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions will authorize us to refuse the returned product and to wait for the payment of the shipping costs for returning the object.
Non-returnable or exchangeable products:
Orders for products personalized in any way cannot be canceled and such products cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
These products include products engraved or made with custom textures and custom creations.
Custom creations also mean all products that feature diamonds or IGI certified gems,
to carry out the creation of the product the diamonds or gems are removed from their sealed blisters which guarantee them
authenticity by generating at the end of the manufacturing process a fully customized and non-customized product
exchangeable and/or refundable
Refunds:
Only the buyer (the one who bought the product) can take advantage of the right of withdrawal.
If the return procedure is completed correctly and if there are no reasons to deem the return unacceptable, the buyer will be entitled to a refund of the price paid.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item through the same channel used for payment.
In case of purchase with cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
You change:
It is possible to return a product for the purpose of exchange by complying with the aforementioned conditions (returns and refunds policy, return procedure, non-returnable or exchangeable products).
In any case we will proceed with the return of the goods and the cancellation of the same order.
In the case of returns for exchange purposes, a voucher will be issued for the value of the purchased item and it will be necessary to order another product again.
Any customs duties for the return of the products are charged to the customer making the return.

RETURN IN SERVICES

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract for remote cleaning and repair services within 14 days from the date of receipt of the signed form.
Within this limit, the customer must send an email to return.ndcjewels@outlook.com containing the return form (it can be downloaded here).
The return form must be completed in its entirety.
An email will be sent to confirm receipt of the email.
When the customer exercises the right of withdrawal from the distance contract after having explicitly requested to start the services by providing the signed estimate and paying the agreed sum, he must pay NDC jewels an amount proportional to the service that was performed until he communicated the decision, via email, to withdraw from the distance contract.
In case of withdrawal from the service, the cost of any shipping costs is charged to the customer.
The costs relating to the service provided and the shipping costs will be reversed from the amount paid by the customer for the total agreed estimate.
We will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to the shipment itself.
The remainder will be credited back to the customer as a refund with the same payment methods used within 14 days of receipt of the registered letter.
For the amount paid for the partially performed service, an invoice will be issued bearing the customer's data.
The object will finally be sent back to the customer.
We will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to the shipment itself.
Any customs duties for the return of the products are charged to the customer making the return.

WARRANTY

NDC jewels products enjoy a two-year guarantee.
At the end of their construction and before shipping, the products are mechanically tested and checked in the design.
The aforementioned guarantee can be invalidated in the cases indicated in the terms and conditions section.
They are excluded from the guarantee or invalidate the guarantee all those events which alter or damage the product.
It is advisable to scrupulously follow the recommendations in order to avoid damage to the product.
All components subject to wear are excluded from the guarantee.
Tampered products are excluded from the guarantee.
In the event that the product is repaired, modified, cleaned, polished, burnished or satin-finished by personnel other than NDC jewels, the guarantee is void.
To enjoy the guarantee, the customer must keep and send the guarantee certificate kept in excellent condition, not altered, damaged or modified and the purchase invoice together with the product.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Insured shipping is recommended.
The costs of returning the item are charged to the customer.
NDC jewels reserves the right to choose the methods and times for shipping the product under warranty.
We would not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to the shipment itself.
Some of the behaviors and agents that ruin the jewel and void the warranty are: falls, abrasions, rubbing, severe stress, strain, "do-it-yourself" cleaning methods, hand washing, use of detergents, use of cosmetics, corrosive agents, playing sports, manual work, salt water, creams, perfumes, hairsprays hair, acetone, various solvents, chlorine, excessive perspiration, acid perspiration, sources of heat, dangerous situations, fabrics in which it could become entangled, etc.
Remember that jewels are objects delicate items that must be handled with care.
